Experienced Sales Rep:

• Ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be well-known by local builders/remodelers.  Duties include but are not limited to: growth and development of our insulation and fireplace business, measuring/bidding new construction, remodeling and retro jobs, handling builder issues, callbacks and warranty problems and assisting with trade shows and other business events.  

Office, Operations, or Production Management:

• Ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be well-known by local builders/remodelers.  Duties include but are not limited to: opening our branch office/warehouse and daily production, scheduling/routing, assisting with human resources (will ideally know workers that could be called for installation assistance when needed), supply procurement, inventory management, company vehicle monitoring and growing/developing our insulation and fireplace business.   

Warehouse help/mechanic:

• Jack of all trades needed for warehouse help, company vehicle maintenance and various other duties at job sites.  Will be required to accurately receive and put away deliveries from our suppliers (using a fork-lift), keep our company vehicles in good condition with regular maintenance, assist installers with foam/caulking, installing insulation or fireplaces and be a positive team member.   

Insulation or fireplace Installer: 

• Henges has full time positions for quality minded people to install insulation or fireplaces into new construction and existing homes. Experience helpful relative to installing zero clearance fireplaces, and/or thermal insulation, for example (fiberglass batts, spraying cellulose and/or fiberglass, installing BIB’s, or sprayed foam products).
